POLICIES
RETURN POLICY
All customers have a 3 week window to return an item. If it’s the day after we will give grace. If your item breaks in the 3 week window we will give you a new one. All customers with a purchase over 5 items cannot make a return unless it break within the first week which in that case, we will make you new ones.
DELIVERY POLICY
In order to make a purchase, you must live in the Kansas City, Lee Summit, or Blue Springs areas in Missouri so we can make a quick delivery right to your door. Once placing an order, it can take between 1-7 days for it to arrive depending on how demanding the order is.
PAY POLICY
You have the option to pay in cash when we deliver your package at your doorstep or pay through our venmo. Tips are always welcome too! Once you place your order, we will give you our venmo link if you want to choose that option rather than cash.
